Employment & Education: G20 Goals

The G20 Employment Priorities are Female Employment, Labour Market Integration of Migrants and Refugees, Sustainable Global Supply Chains and the Future of Work. There are also two cross-cutting themes: Youth Employment and Social Dialogue/Social Partnership.

The B20 Employment and Education Task Force supports these issues and treats them within its three policy recommendations, which are:

  1. The promotion of open, dynamic and inclusive labour markets (referring to the themes of Female Employment and Labour Market Integration of Migrants and Refugees)
  2. The harnessing of the potential of technological change through better education and training, entrepreneurship and innovation frameworks (referring to the Future of Work, Youth Employment and Social Dialogue)
  3. The creation of a global level playing field and the promotion of fair competition (Referring to Sustainable Global Supply Chains)
